29 CFR 1910.23(c)(3): Regardless of height, open-sided floors, walkways, platforms, or runways above or adjacent to dangerous equipment, were not guarded with a standard railing and toe board. (a) Hanging conveyor immediately before the kill machine - On or about July 12, 2016, the six (6) inch wide concrete wall used for a runway to check the birds for hanging correctly on the conveyor was not 18 inches wide with a standard railing between the employee and the conveyor.
