29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge: The following violations were observed on or about June 20, 2016. a. In the Chip Fryer Room, where employees were exposed to an egress hazard when working in an area with a locked emergency exit door that required special knowledge to exit. b. In the Warehouse Storage Area, east wall, where employees were exposed to an egress hazard when working in an area with a locked emergency exit door that required special knowledge to exit. c.
