29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about June 18, 2016, at the above addressed worksite, where employees used hazardous corrosive chemicals, such as, but not limited to, ECO TRI-STAR SOUR VII (pH 1-2) and STAINBLASTER POWER PAK PLUS RECLAIM WHITE (pH 1-2), the employer did not ensure that suitable facilities for quick drenching and/or flushing of the eyes (eyewash station) and/or body (safety shower) were provided for immediate emergency use.
