29 CFR 1910.219(c)(3): Vertical and inclined shafting seven (7) feet or less from floor or working platform, was not enclosed with a stationary casing in accordance with requirements of paragraphs (m) and (o) of this section. On or about May 18, 2016, employees performed maintenance activities on the Unit 12 South Gas Fan and the vertical shafting less than seven feet from the ground was not enclosed as required by the standard.
