29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about 6/2/2016 at 2434 West Broad Street in Athens, GA: Employees exposed to corrosive chemicals were only provided small portable eyewash containers that were not capable of supplying up to 15 minutes of water to flush their eyes in accordance with the applicable safety data sheets.
