29 CFR 1926.1404(h)(7): The boom sections, boom suspension systems (such as gantry A-frames and jib struts), and components were not rigged or supported to maintain stability upon the removal of the pins: a) On or about April 21, 2016 and times prior at a field near 4907 Marler Rd, Pike Road, Al: The employer failed to ensure blocking material was used to support and maintain stability of the lattice boom upon the removal of the lower pins between the tip section and center section.
