29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition shall be removed from service. All repairs shall be made by authorized personnel. On or about April 21, 2016, employees were operating the Toyota, Komatsu, and Hyster forklift trucks and the horns were not working on the fork trucks, thereby exposing employees to struck by and caught in between hazards.
