29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize hazards related to ladders and stairways: a- Block 404.37, Lot 2, 2 Kendall Drive, Medford NJ: An employee was exposed to fall hazards when utilizing the top two steps of an A-framed ladder while it was in the closed position. This employee had not received training, from the company, to minimize hazards related to ladders . Condition noted on or about 03/24/16 and 04/07/16. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
