29 CFR 1910.110(b)(14)(v): Filling of fuel containers for industrial trucks or motor vehicles from industrial bulk storage containers was performed less than 25 feet from the nearest important building or other construction: On or about 2/24/2016 in the plant houses at 1501 Dials Mill Road, Statham, GA: Employees filled portable propane containers used for powered industrial trucks on the dock area from a 250 lb. propane container that was approximately 3 feet and up to 10 feet from the plant house buildings on-site.
