29 CFR 1910.272(e)(2): Employees assigned special tasks in the grain handling facility, such as bin entry and handling of flammable or toxic substances, were not provided training to perform these tasks safety: a.) Mattocks Five, Inc. dba Albion Mill, 73 Canal St., Albion, Pa 16401, Second floor of the Mill Area, on or about February 10th, 2016 and times prior thereto: Employees entered into bins including, but not limited to, cracked corn, shelled corn, soybean meal, in order to shovel various grains. Employees were not trained on engulfment hazards associated with bin entry.
