29 CFR 1926.502(d)(23): Personal fall arrest systems shall not be attached to guardrail systems, nor shall they be attached to hoists except as specified in other subparts of this Part. a) During the inspection, it was found that there were employees attaching their lanyards to the toe board of the JLG aerial lift while working from the roof's edge at approximately 50 feet above the next lower surface.
