P/M National Inc., - On or about, 10/7/15, and at times prior thereto, a written Hazard Communication program was not documented and implemented. Employees worked with chemicals that included, but were not limited to, Multi Purpose Lubricant and corrosion inhibitor, liquid nitrogen, Brazed Tungsten Carbide Tools, and Acrawax C Lubricant.
