29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: a) Throughout facility: The employer did not provide training to authorized maintenance and sanitation employees for equipment that cleaned, serviced or maintained equipment, including, but not limited to, the doughnut cutters, Belshaw Thermomatic proofer boxes model TM600#23932 serial 1404045 and model TM600 # 22584 serial 14030178, Belshaw Century Gas fryers model C10-24GLH#23929 serial 14030180, Hobart Mixers and Berto Yeast Mixers model 160-AR machine number 171330 and model 160-AR machine number 171329, on or about 10/5/15. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
