29 CFR 1910.269(l)(11): The employer did not inspect non-current carrying metal parts of equipment or devices, such as transformer cases and circuit-breaker housings, and treat them as energized at the highest voltage to which these parts are exposed, to determine if these parts were grounded before employees begin performing the work: On or about September 10, 2015 Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC did not inspect noncurrent-carrying metal parts, such as but not limited to meter bases, to determine if the parts were grounded prior to work being performed and exposed employees to electric shock hazards.
