29 CFR 1926.1417(p): The boom or other parts of the crane were allowed to contact an obstruction. Job site: Girder on column line 5, between columns Q and R. The Tadano GR-750XL crane boom contacted a steel girder and caused it and a supporting column to collapse. As a result, an employee was fatally injured.
