29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) 23 Goodhart Drive, Livingston, NJ and at the Corporate Offices at 91 Mitchell Street, West Orange, NJ. The employer had not provided employees with a training program on recognizing and eliminating fall hazards especially when installing sill plates on new home foundation walls. Violation observed on or about 08/31/2015.
