29 CFR 1910.177(g): The employer did not establish a safe operating procedure for servicing single piece rim wheels which contained, at a minimum, the elements listed in 29 CFR 1910.177(g)(1) through (12). Location - 320 Charger St. Revere, MA On or about Aug 13, 2015, the employer failed to develop and implement safe operating procedures for employees servicing single piece rim wheels and ensure that employees are instructed in and follow that procedure.
