29 CFR 1910.134(k)(3): Training was not provided prior to requiring employees to use a respirator in the workplace: (a) On or about 8/5/2015, at spraybooth area, for the painter wearing an air supplied respirator. The employer did not know where the air was coming from and did not train the employee on the CO alarm.
