29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) For employees at the shop located at 3212 26th Avenue East Bradenton (FL), handling chemicals, such as but not limited to, motor oil, hydraulic oil and diesel exhaust fluid, as observed on or about 7/29/2015. b) For employees in the landscape department providing services at different locations, handling chemicals, such as but not limited to, herbicide and gasoline, as observed on or about 7/29/2015.
