29 CFR 1910.217(f)(2): Supervision to ensure that correct operating procedures were being followed on mechanical power press(es) was inadequate: Workplace, Stamping Area- Power Press operators were using foot operated activation for inadequately guarded point-of-operation guards while stamping 1/6" sawblades on Bliss 35 ton Mechanical Power Press #5, Serial # H6140 HP47007; on or about 6/22/15. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
