29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a) Employees were exposed to electrical hazards while operating the Hitachi Seiki CNC machine, the electrical pendant hanging down on the CNC machine had live/exposed electrical, and the employer did not ensure that it was free from recognized electrical hazards.
