29 CFR 1926.850(a): Evidence in writing was not available that an engineering survey performed by a competent person had been performed prior to permitting employee(s) to start demolition operations: Third Act Pictures, Inc. employees were demolishing a structure 22 feet in height at the Southeast corner of Main Street and West Street. There was no written evidence of an engineering survey having been completed prior to the start of demolition. Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with CFR 29 1903.19(c).
