29 CFR 1910.1025(g)(2)(vi): Persons who clean or launder protective clothing or equipment were not informed, in writing, of the potentially harmful effects of exposure to lead: (a) Martin Foundry Company Inc. is failing to protect subcontractor employees from exposure to lead in that they did not inform the uniform cleaning company of the potential of lead contamination on the uniforms.
