29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: a) On or about 3/6/15 at the Quality Inn & Suites rehabilitation project located at 8200 Park Road, Batavia, New York; employee were using single width scaffold planks as walkways between work levels. The planks were approximately 9 inches wide. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
