29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) Bldg 22 AM/Linear Line Area; On or about March 5, 2015 an at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards in that employees were allowed to operate a Grizzly Band Saw were the guard had been removed exposing an unused portion of the saw blade.
