29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(8): Ladders placed in a location where they could be displaced by workplace activities or traffic, such as in passageways, doorways, or driveways, were not secured to prevent accidental displacement, nor was a barricade used to keep the activities or traffic away from the ladder: a. In the front door area, a portable extension ladder was being used to gain access to the roof without the ladder being secured from displacement, exposing the employees to a 10 foot fall hazard, on or about 3/3/2015.
