29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (a) On or about March 25, 2015 at the facility located at 4020 Winchester Ave. Kansas City, MO., the employer had not developed, implemented and/or maintained a written hazard communication program for the large quantities of motor oil, transmission fluid, hydraulic oil and fuels maintained on site. As a result, employees were to chemical contact hazard, carcinogenic and or health hazards. Abatement certification is required for this item; use the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET for this purpose.
