29 CFR 1918.61(b)(2): Cargo handling gear provided by the employer with a safe working load greater than 10,000 lbs. did not have its safe working load plainly marked on it. F/V Pavlof, Delta Western dock, Main deck: On or about 7 February 2015 and times prior thereto, the vessel cargo crane did not have safe working load painted on the crane. This condition exposed employees to a struck by hazard.
