29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employees had not been provided with GHS 2012 training including an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system to be used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information, and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: The employer has not updated the hazard communication program and trained employees on the portion of the hazard communication program that explains the labels on shipping containers and the safety data sheets for items such as Barsol solvents, Eposy, MEK, Zyvas, hot oil, hydraulic fluid, grease, engine hydraulic oil, diesel engine oil and fluid, including the order of information and how the employee could obtain and use the hazard information. Employees were not trained regarding the new label elements and safety data sheets format by December 1, 2013. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
