29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the following means listed in (A)-(D): a. Ball Corporation, 2690 Charter Street, Columbus Ohio workplace: On or about December 1, 2014, the connection for the conduit attachment to the electric motor that powers the Feeder for the 80 Beader machine was pulled out/apart from the motor. Due to this condition, employees are exposed to an electrical contact hazard and increased risk for electrocution.
