29 CFR 1910.24(h): Standard railings were not provided on the open sides of all exposed stairways and stair platforms: Storage Room: On, or about, December 1, 2014, a railing had not been provided on the right side, descending, of the fixed stairs that led to the window sash storage area. A gap was left between the stairs and the wall that was large enough for an employee to step into.
