Rohr Industries, Inc. 201 Stackpole Street, St. Marys, PA, Production Area-Lathe 11, on or about November 21st, 2014, and times prior thereto: Employees were utilizing compressed air to clean/dry off various metal parts that were saturated with water/debris. Measurements of compressed air next to Lathe 11 were above 60 p.s.i. b.) Rohr Industries, Inc. 201 Stackpole Street, St. Marys, PA, Production Area-Lathe 12, on or about November 21st, 2014, and times prior thereto: Employees were utilizing compressed air to clean/dry off various metal parts and the chuck within the CNC machine (Lathe 12) that were saturated with water/debris.
