29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: On or about 11/20/14, at 8401 NW 33rd Street Lot 09/Block 06, employees were exposed to impalement hazards while installing sheathing on a 3rd floor of a residential home, when uncapped rebars were present directly underneath from where they conducted the work. PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
