29 CFR 1910.304(b)(2)(ii): Receptacles and cord connectors having grounding contacts did not have those contacts effectively grounded: (a) At the Taneycomo water tower on or about October 22, 2014 receptacles were not grounded as the ground for the breaker box was not connected. (b) At the Taneycomo water tower on or about October 22, 2014 the ground on the cord for the heat tape had been removed and was no longer providing ground for the heat tape.
