29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel. On or about October 20, 2014 the employer did not ensure that a powered industrial truck in the packaging area was removed from service when it was not in a safe operating condition exposing employees to electrical hazards.
