29 CFR 1910.134(k): The employer did not provide comprehensive, understandable, and effective annual training to employees who were required to use respirators: On or about March 23, 2018, employees utilized half face, full face, and supplied air respirators in the paint and media blasting area. They were not trained on the care, use, and limitations of the respirators, exposing employees to respiratory hazards.
