29 CFR 1910.176(g): Covers and/or guardrails were not provided to protect personnel: The employer does not ensure covers are being provided on floor openings over pits to protect employees. This violation was observed on or about May 31, 2019, at the Quick Draw Water Reservoir Room, where two floor openings over a water reservoir were not covered and exposes employees to tripping and drowning hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure covers are provided on water reservoir openings.
