29 CFR 1910.272(e)(1): The employer did not provide training to employees at least annually and when changes in job assignments would expose them to new hazards in the grain handling facilities: (a) Throughout the facility; On or about August 2, 2024, and dates prior, annual training was not provided to inform employees of general safety precautions for the facility, dust accumulation hazards, common ignition sources, lockout/tagout procedures, and bin entry procedures.
