29 CFR 1910.134(h)(2)(i): Respirators were not stored to protect them from damage, contamination, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals or were not packed or stored to prevent deformation of the facepiece and exhalation valve: a) 5105 DTC Parkway, Greenwood Village, CO 80111: On or about October 23, 2023, and at times prior, respirators were stored in a metal chest among and under tools including handheld grinders that had been used for concrete cutting. Respirators were contaminated with dust on the outside and inside of the facepieces.
