29 CFR 1910.134(k): As referenced by 29 CFR 1926.103, the employer did not provide comprehensive, understandable training which did not occur annually and/or more often if necessary: a) 306 Martin Luther King Blvd., Newark, NJ The employer did not provide training to employees required to wear 3M half face tight fitting respirators during interior manual cleaning and demoltion where lead containing paint was present. On 5/6/19, employees performing interior manual demolition were exposed to lead at 65.0 ug/m3, 86.6 ug/m3 and 297 ug/m3 as an 8- hour Time Weighted Average (TWA), exceeding the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 ug/m3 by 1.3, 1.7 and 5.9 times, respectively. Zero exposure was assumed for unsampled periods of 271 minutes, 152 minutes and 139 minutes, respectively. Condition occurred on or about 5/6/19
