29 CFR 1910.1200(b)(4)(ii): In work operations where employees only handled chemicals in sealed containers which were not opened under normal conditions of use, the employer did not obtain a material safety data sheet for sealed containers of hazardous chemicals: (a) Warehouse - On or about Febuary 27, 2013, where employees handle sealed packages of cleaning chemicals, Material Safety Data Sheets for each hazardous chemical were not available.
