29 CFR 1910.213(c)(3): Each hand-fed circular ripsaw was not furnished with a nonkickback fingers or dogs so located as to oppose the thrust or tendency of the saw to pick up the material or to throw it back toward the operator. They shall be designed to provide adequate holding power for all the thicknesses of materials being cut: On or about November 6, 2024, at the fabrication area of the jobsite located at 1160 West 13th St, Unit 10, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard hazard while working with a table saw (i.e. JET - Model No. JTAS-10DX - Serial No. 19051424) that lacked a non-kickback device.
