29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Openings through which conductors entered cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: On or about 5/21/2024, in the facility located at 1743 Scherer Pkwy in St. Charles, MO, the employer did not ensure conductors entering an outlet box, located along the south wall of Warehouse 1, was protected from abrasion and the opening through which conductors enter the box was not effectively closed exposing employees to electrical hazards.
