29 CFR 1910.134(k)(3): Training was not provided prior to requiring employees to use a respirator in the workplace: (a) JGM, Inc. dba JGM Fabricators & Constructors LLC located at 1201 Valley Road Coatesville, PA: On or about July 26, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees required to use respirators such as, but not limited to Miller LPR-100 with P100 filters received training prior to respirator use.
