29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i): Employee(s) working in an area where there is potential exposure to airborne lead at any level were not informed of the content of Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025 On or about July 31, 2023 the employer had not developed a lead employee information and training program, that informed all employees who could possibly be exposed to airborne lead of the content of Appendices A and B of 29 CFR 1910.1025. a) On July 31, 2023, an employee tasked with performing cleaning and maintenance duties on lead contaminated machines was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average of 61.8 micrograms per cubic meter (�g/m^3) for lead, approximately 1.2 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 micrograms per cubic meter (�g/m^3). The exposure level was derived from a sample collected over a 382 minute sampling period, with zero exposure assumed for the remaining 98 minutes.
