29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1): The employer did not provide respirator training that would ensure each employee could demonstrate knowledge of items in section (i)-(vii): a) Wheels America - 777 W Providence Road Lansdowne, PA: On or about November 22, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees required to use half respirators such as, but not limited to 3M 7192 with P95 filters and Gerson half mask respirator for P100 filters while performing painting, burning, and grinding activities received respirator training.
