29 CFR 1910.134(k)(1):The employer did not provide respirator training that would ensure each employee could demonstrate knowledge of items in section (i)-(vii): On or about November 29, 2022, the employer did not ensure that respiratory protection training was provided for each employee required to wear a half mask or full face air purifying respirator while performing various job duties to include but not limited to spray painting tire cages.
