29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: a) Throughout the facility, on or about October 11, 2022 and times prior, workers expected to extinguish incipient level fires were exposed to fire hazards in that the employer did not ensure portable fire extinguishers were inspected on an annual basis where an extinguisher were identified at locations 11P-28 & 11R-16 which were last inspected in August 2018.
