29 CFR 1910.1025(e)(3)(ii)(F): The written compliance program did not include a work practice program which includes items required under paragraphs (g), (h), and (i) of this regulation: a. On or about January 22, 2020, for the 39 Line, the employer did not include in the written Lead compliance program, housekeeping work practices to ensure floors outside of the process area where lead accumulates were HEPA vacuumed and not dry swept. Employees dry swept floors of the 39 Line that were outside of the process room where Lead was present, exposing employee to Lead. b. On or about January 22, 2020, for the 39 Line, the employer did not include in the written Lead compliance program, personal protective equipment work practices that addressed personal protective equipment for Lead pot maintenance work including, but not limited to hard hats and knee pads worn during calibration of gas burners.
