29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(v): Employees did not wear protective equipment for the eyes or face wherever there was danger of injury to the eyes or face from electric arcs or flashes or from flying objects resulting from electrical explosion: a. Facility - On or about November 19, 2019, employees performing electrical work on company's machinery and equipment were not protected from burns to the face from arc blasts and arc flashes, where face shields were not provided or utilized.
